Stream Gateway Privacy Policy
This policy describes onibakuland-stream-gateway, operated by Onibakuland for personal streaming workflows. Updated October 3, 2026.
Information accessed
With the channel owner's authorization, the integration accesses YouTube channel and live-broadcast identifiers, live-chat messages, available sender names or identifiers, timestamps, and read-only channel analytics. A separately authorized bot can send chat replies. Twitch and Kick integrations similarly handle chat and available emote metadata. OAuth credentials are stored to maintain authorized access; they are not included in overlays or public pages.
Use and processing
We use this information for combined chat, moderation and operator workflows, assistant replies, stream overlays, timed chat files alongside pedal-selected clips, and channel analytics. Messages sent to the Aya assistant may be processed by self-hosted language models for responses and retained as conversation context. Google API data is not used to train or fine-tune generalized AI or machine-learning models.
Storage, sharing and visibility
Operational data and credentials are retained on self-hosted infrastructure with access restricted to authorized operators and services. Chat text, sender names and replies may be visible in public streams, recordings, chat overlays or edited videos. Platform API providers process requests under their own policies. Emote images may be fetched from platform or emote-provider servers. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Retention and deletion
Chat archives, clip sidecars and analytics are currently retained until the operator deletes them; there is no automatic deletion schedule. Backups may retain previous copies until their retention periods expire. To request access or deletion, email bot@onibakuland.net with the channel, platform, date and relevant message identifiers when possible. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may need to verify that a request concerns your data. Copies already distributed in platform-hosted videos or third-party services require separate handling.
Revoke access
The channel owner can remove the app through Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized API access; it does not automatically delete previously retained data. Contact us to request that deletion.
Google API commitments
Onibakuland Stream Gateway's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Data obtained through these permissions is used only for the disclosed user-facing features.
